These terms apply when you use the Spark Sweeps website. By using Spark Sweeps you agree to them.

What Spark Sweeps is

Spark Sweeps is a free tool for running private social sweeps among friends, family and workplaces.

Spark Sweeps does not run sweeps, does not take bets and never handles, holds or transfers money. Any buy-ins and prizes are arranged between the organiser and participants.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to use Spark Sweeps.

Organisers are responsible for making sure their sweep follows the laws of their state or territory.

Your responsibilities

When you create a sweep or an event, you agree not to:

• add offensive, misleading, unlawful or infringing content;
• use Spark Sweeps for commercial gambling or to profit from a sweep;
• impersonate another person or organisation; or
• try to disrupt, overload or misuse the website.

Keep your management link and account password private. Anyone with your management link can manage that sweep.

Community events

If you list an event in the Community library or share its link, other people can create their own sweeps from it.

Anyone can report an event. We may remove events that break these terms. Sweeps already made from a removed event keep working.

Fair draws

Each draw is generated once and can be checked with the "Verify this draw" feature. Spark Sweeps is provided as is, and we are not responsible for disputes between organisers and participants.

Third-party names and images

Spark Sweeps is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sporting body, club or racing organisation. Team names, player images and silks belong to their owners.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
